2. Collective bargaining under subsection 1 may involve more than one department or another part of the federal public administration if each of the deputy chiefs concerned decide to negotiate collective agreements. (a) within the time frame set by the collective agreement; or current and former employees who have worked at least one day in a fiscal year can expect compensation of $1,000 in 2016/2017 and, for each of the next three years, for damage caused by the Phoenix payroll system. This includes compensation for the late implementation of the 2014 collective agreements negotiated with PSAC. The AV, NR, RE, SH, SP, NRC (LS, IR, RO-RCO, TR), CRA (AFS), OSFI, CNSC (NUREG), NEB and NFB groups negotiated and ratified new collective agreements. Some groups continue their important work at the negotiating table. We stand in solidarity for a fair deal for every PIPSC member. Like the Phoenix compensation agreement, jointly developed by the federal government and other negotiators in 2019, the agreement includes measures to help those who have had unreought financial costs and capital income and who have experienced personal and financial difficulties. The agreement also includes general compensation for current and former PSAC employees. 117 Subject to the means of Parliament required by the employer or under the power of Parliament, the parties must implement the provisions of a collective agreement (2), notification may be made at any time and no later than twenty days after the date on which a collective communication is made.
