15.9 The representatives of TEBA and the association shall meet within fifteen operating days to discuss the difference or at a later date mutually agreed between the parties. By mutual agreement between TEBA and the association, representatives of the board of directors concerned by the difference may be invited to participate in the discussion on the difference. 10.3 A temporary teacher is entitled to such sick leave, equal to the number of days taught during the school year divided by nine (9). 2.4.1 Notwithstanding Article 59( 2) of the Labour Relations Act, a communication on the opening of local negotiations by a board of directors or an association shall be served following the ratification of the collective agreement referred to in Article 11 (4) of the PECBA or other regulation of the central conditions. School heads are admitted full-time for supervision and administration, but they may choose to teach for part of their administrative time.
