15.9 The representatives of TEBA and the association shall meet within fifteen operating days to discuss the difference or at a later date mutually agreed between the parties. By mutual agreement between TEBA and the association, representatives of the board of directors concerned by the difference may be invited to participate in the discussion on the difference. 10.3 A temporary teacher is entitled to such sick leave, equal to the number of days taught during the school year divided by nine (9). 2.4.1 Notwithstanding Article 59( 2) of the Labour Relations Act, a communication on the opening of local negotiations by a board of directors or an association shall be served following the ratification of the collective agreement referred to in Article 11 (4) of the PECBA or other regulation of the central conditions. School heads are admitted full-time for supervision and administration, but they may choose to teach for part of their administrative time. The annual amount is made available to the Association`s Edmonton Public Teachers Local 37 in two equal instalments. The first amount will be made available during the first week of September and the second during the first week of January (for the 2017/18 school year, the first will be made available within 30 days of the ratification of the collective agreement by both parties). 17.2 The Board of Directors shall make available to the Association a list of teachers covered by this Agreement, indicating the name, location, FTE, position and teaching certificate number, address and telephone number (with the exception of a declared silent number). COVID 19 Update July 31, 2020 An updated letter of understanding on temporary layoffs has been obtained between the City of Edmonton (the „City”) and the Canadian Union of Local Public Employees 30. Civic Service Union 52; International Brotherhood of Electricity Workers 1007; Edmonton Fire Fighters Union; Amalgamated Transit Union Local 569 and Amalgamated Transit Union Local 569, DATS Unit (together the „Unions”).
